1. Services Provided 📞

RICHSOLUTIONS LLC provides virtual telecommunications infrastructure, including US-based phone identities (Voice and SMS), primarily serving the MERCOSUR region and international professionals.

Nature of Service: We act as a secure gateway. We do not provide "traditional" dial-tone telephone service or emergency calling (e.g., 911,112,999) capabilities.

2. User Responsibilities & Eligibility ✅

Identity Verification: Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information for regulatory compliance (KYC, STIR/SHAKEN).
Legal Use: You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for complying with the telecommunications laws of both the United States and your local jurisdiction.

3. Prohibited Activities 🚫

To maintain network integrity, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

Robocalling & Automated Dialing: High-volume, short-duration calls.
Spamming: Sending unsolicited mass SMS and MMS messages.
Fraudulent Acts: Impersonating government agencies, financial institutions, or engaging in "phishing."
Infrastructure Abuse: Any action that strains our 99.9% uptime guarantee for other users.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension without refund.

4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations 💳

Subscription-Based: Services are provided on a prepaid or subscription basis.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of telecommunications resource allocation, payments for active phone numbers are generally non-refundable unless service failure is on our end.
Cancellation: Users may cancel their service at any time through their dashboard or by contacting support.

5. Limitation of Liability 🛡️

"As-Is" Basis: Our services are provided "as available." RICHSOLUTIONS LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions or loss of data.
No 911 Service: IMPORTANT: Our services are NOT a replacement for traditional mobile or fixed-line phones and cannot be used for emergency calls (e.g., 911,112,999).

6. Privacy & Data Handling 🔒

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We reiterate that RICHSOLUTIONS LLC does not monitor, record, or store the audio or text content of your communications.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction 🏛️

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Oregon.

8. Modifications to Terms 🔄

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
